Year 12 Level 3 Unit 2 (Leadership) Task 3

In order to achieve P6 and to ensure that you have sufficient evidence for P3 and P4 you are going to plan, organise and lead a visit to the Royal Air Force Museum on Wednesday 25th January 2012. This is part of Task 3.

Using the same planning process as for the NAVEX work in groups to plan the day at the museum. You will need to produce a written brief (set of orders), an oral briefing, a letter to parents and a Risk Assessment. Although you will not need to produce a route card, you will need to plan how the class will get to and from the museum, including train times. All I will do is book insurance, the train tickets (once I am told when/where we are travelling) and complete the school's "School Visits" form. Make sure that you tell me to do these jobs in the orders!
