The latest vocational visit to London took place on Monday 5th December 2011. Originally planned for a visit to HMS Belfast, the incident on 30th November made that impossible. As a result the focus of the visit changed to a continuation of the visits to national memorials in the City of London and Westminster and included the Merchant Navy Memorial, the memorial to the Submarine Service, the Gurkha memorial and the Royal Tank Regiment Memorial. The culmination of the day's visit was a tour of the Cabinet War Rooms under King Charles Street. The images show the damage to HMS Belfast and the Public Service group at the boundary to the City of London.
